Une équipe malpoli qui ne daigne même pas lever la tête A l'arrivé du client ne serait ce que pour dire bonjour. De plus la femme d'accueil l'agresse parce que je suis passer par booking pour réserver au lieu du site de l'hôtel directement. Le petit déjeuner était horrible l'homme d'accueil ne demande pas aux clients bruyant de respecter les autres qui veulent déjeuner dans le calme. Il ne demande même pas le numéro de chambre pour Checker les petits déjeuner. Bref même le formule 1 d'Albi on un personnel meilleur que ca malgré que les 3 /4 de leur clients passent par booking pour leur resa. Donc commission prise au passage. Si je devais recommander un hotel je vous déconseille vivement le deltour hotel : pas de politesse, avenant, pas d'accueil, n'en parlons même pas du sourire. Bref une catastrophe. J'étais sur le point de réclamer un remboursement ou une réduction mais j'ai abandonner par peur de me faire agresser encore.

Hôtel sans prétention mais accueil irréprochable. Chambre et sdb de bonne taille légèrement vieillottes mais très propres bonne literie. Quartier calme. Facile de stationner

Had a confirmed booking which I had reserved online, with late check in requested. Arrived by taxi from the local airport at 21:30 to find the hotel completely closed. Just a sign on the door with a number to ring in an emergency. Rang the number multiple times only to get voicemail. At this point, myself wife and nine year son need get a roof over our heads for the night. Thankfully the Ibis Centre hotel were able to provide a room and sent a taxi over to collect us.

"Quiet and clean, nothing special"

Located outside of the city centre; we easily got a room without reservation. Room was clean and quiet. Main positive highlight is the free parking since few of the hotels in the city seem to offer one. Good value for your money. Would stay there again
