Everything! Location was perfect. Directly on the beautiful sea and walking distance to all the sites in Ortigia, but in a quiet peaceful location. Everything was spotless in the hotel. Helpful, kind staff. I was a solo traveler and in a single room. It was perfect. Nice size, space for my luggage, nice size bathroom and the AC was amazing!

Nothing! Would definitely stay here again! Wish I could have stayed longer and used the spa services.

Location was great, everything was clean and tidy, helpful staff. The breakfast was nice, and the parking nearby convenient.

The shower needs some TLC, especially the hand shower, or at least descaling it, and the water in the shower drains very slowly and tends to pool.

Idealement situé dans la vieille ville, hotel accueillant, tres confortable et avec un personnel attentionné. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Certainement l'un des meilleurs endroits pour séjourner à Syracuse.

My husband & I stayed 2 nights in mid-May 2025. We loved this historic and fascinating B&B within a current convent (yes, we saw the nuns!). Comfortable 2nd floor room that opened onto a quiet, shared, shaded terrace. There’s also a ln upper terrace with seattle & sea views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Note: wifi was very unreliable. We parked our rental car at the Talete garage about 10 minutes walk, for €15 per 24 hrs. Overall, this was a great location for us in Ortigia.

The location and the staff were excellent! The room we stayed in had a great view of the sea. The room was very comfortable and a nice place to relax.

Good and quiet location. Short walk to all important places. Shared roof terrace with sea view. Beautiful garden-like courtyard and access to a beautiful church from inside. Single room is cozy and bathroom is large. Good breakfast. Working wifi. I would say an elegant hotel.

There was a kettle in the room which was a nice touch. However, no coffee/tea was replenished after the day of arrival. I had to ask for more tea myself on the last night. I had only had one cup/day, which I think is a reasonable amount. The teacup were also not washed after the day of arrival. Small things, but they matter to the customer.

A warm welcome was given. The place is spotless, bed linen was so fresh. Location is excellent. Solarium is fab on the roof and having a chiesa and a Capella in the hotel was so calming. Breakfast was beautiful. Had a single room and it was incredibly spacious. Gorgeous property.
