As anyone who read my other reviews in this site can see, I rarely complain about personal attitudes, but, in this case, it is difficult to assess the apartment itself, its cleaness, etc, since it was a very bad experience from the beginning. On arriving at the place before check in time – AS I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD, by the host, in our message exchanging -, I was “welcomed” by a person with very bad manners, in whose language (which I did not speak) I was clearly being told that I should not be there, because the room was not ready. A miscommunication between she and the host would be perfectly understandable. What is not acceptable is the mistreatment and the lack of respect, in the harsh manners by which she addressed me, opened the door, and showed me that the room “was not ready” at all, ignoring that I had been told that it was (and signaled that, showing the message in my phone). Stay in this place if you don’t care about disrespectful treatment out of nothing.
