Absolutely stunning hotel and grounds. The hotel is located on a hilltop overlooking Lake Annecy. The grounds were full of spring flowers and was impeccable. The hotel lobby was well appointed. Our room was located facing the forest and next to tree tops. We could hear the lovely singing of the birds throughout our stay. Our room was a classic "French" look as I would imagine. It was beautiful! We enjoyed walking down the path around the lake. It was magical. We did not eat at their restaurant but the views looked perfect. We spoke with probably one of the nicest people we met on our two week French countryside adventure and that was Max, the valet. He was so helpful, kind and genuine. His love for his job and appreciation for his beautiful surroundings were unsurpassed. He was the first person we met at the hotel and talked to him often while I was out taking photos of their beautiful grounds. As a photographer, this hotel offered so many opportunities to add images to my gallery. I would highly recommend this hotel and make sure you meet Max...he will add to your positive experience! The only negative at all I would mention is that the fruit flavored water in the lobby was always out when we walked by. I know this is a small item but perhaps it will call attention so that it could be more readily available for future guests.

La vue, le cadre. l'accueil, la serviabilité et disponibilité du personnel

Les chambre ne sont quasiment pas insonorisées. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à 1h30 du matin et 7h15 du même matin , réveillés par les ébats de nos voisins de chambre. Puis. à partir de 7h30, la musique allumée dans la même chambre voisine, s'entendait dans notre chambre comme si nous avions allumé le poste de radio. Indépendamment du bruit fait par nos voisins, l'isolation phonique est très insuffisante.

Une localisation exceptionnelle au bord du lac ,entouré de superbes jardins

Le service et la décoration ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un palace

Parfait, les chambres sont propres, le personnelle est très agréable, le jardin est super beau, on a passé un très bon séjour je recommande

Le seul point negatif c’est qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de variété au menu (notamment les plats végétarien)

Tout était formidable. Que dire de plus !
