The place is closed to the bars, supermarkets, very convenient. The only thing is the blanket is too thin.

入住四人房四晩, 冷氣不涼, 風扇壞, 廁所塞塞地, 有陣陣味道. 没有被子, 只提供床單及毛巾當作被子用. 房間不是毎曰清潔, 是隔日一次.

房间很一般，而且提前一个月定的，到了之后发现反而降价了几十。服务人员不错，旅馆位置一般，不算远，但是条件很一般。

Had a great stay. A little far from the beach but great cheap places to eat nearby.

Situé dans les hauteurs de Patong, loin des bars et boites de nuit. Bon hôtel Location de scooter à 100m de l'hôtel, le mari de la patronne est Français, très sérieux. La piscine est sympa, les chambres sont biens.

Jag bodde här tillsammans med min sambo 1 natt förra veckan. Guesthouset ligger i mitten av Patong men ändå väldigt Avskilt från stoj och Stim. Jag tyckte att det låg lite för långt från havet för min smak och på kvällen var det en liten promenad för att nå restauranger, men överlag ett fint hotell och plus för pool!

Eriksson Guest House er absolutt valuta for pengene. Det er imidlertid oppgitt å ligge 700 meter unna stranden, noe som må være beregnet i luftlinje med godvilje. Mye trafikk å ferdes i for å komme seg til stranden. I tillegg er det omtrent ingen taxisjåfører som kjenner stedet, og dermed er det vrient å komme seg hjem på kvelden. Vi fikk utlevert hotellets egne visittkort og viste dette til taxisjåførene, men allikevel opplevde vi noen lange turer når de kjørte seg vill.

There was quite a few hotels in the price range at the time, only choose it because of the pool. I feel bad for speaking ill of the hotel as the staff where fantastic. Unfortunately the rooms where subpar. The bathroom is basically always wet, its one room, toilet and shower together, no curtains so the floor was always wet, also the water run off from the aircon was plummed to run onto the bathroom floor so it was always wet, made going to the bath room difficult. Also the linen was all stained and ripped, even after been asked to be replaced, it was all the same. Not sure if I would go back!
