Esperienza particolare. Al check-in c'è stato un disguido abbastanza serio: ci hanno fornito le chiavi di una stanza che era già occupata da altri ospiti. Fortunatamente, abbiamo risolto subito chiamando la struttura: il personale al telefono è stato molto rapido nel gestire l'errore e ci ha assegnato immediatamente una nuova camera. Nonostante l'inizio caotico, la situazione è stata gestita con professionalità e cortesia. Per il resto, il soggiorno è proceduto senza intoppi.

Parcheggio privato in struttura! Il centro si può raggiungere a piedi.

The place is nice and quiet, with a lovely courtyard and tables outside. Very cozy atmosphere. The room was clean.

However, we booked a room for three people, but there was only one bed. We called and were told that another bed would be provided, but that never happened. The room was also extremely cramped—you had to squeeze past things carefully to avoid bumping into something or getting hurt. There was mold in the shower as well. The most surprising part was that, during the night, other guests entered our room with their suitcases. Their key card was somehow able to unlock our door. It was quite a shock for both us and them. Overall, it was not bad, but I would not choose to stay here again.

Понравилось наличие парковки для машины. В номере есть кофе аппарат спасибо.

Номер маленький не соответствует фото, кровать просто шатается в разные стороны, одеяла маленькие, в номере было сыро и холодно, летали мухи.

Lage. Klein, doch sehr sauber. Alles wie beschrieben vorhanden.

Leider keine Person an der Rezeption, allerdings habe ich auch die angegebene Telefonnummer nicht genutzt.
