Hotel Sercotel Boulevard Vitoria

El personal de recepción muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación muy confortable, camas súper cómodas y el silencio para dormir.

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena de acuerdo con nuestras expectativas. Disponer de una habitación separada y el salón con sofá cama, nos ha dado la posibilidad de tener más intimidad las 3 personas que ocupamos el apartamento

Drei Sterne hat dieses Hotel verdient. Mehr aber auch nicht. Die Matratze des 140cm Bettes war durchgelegen, hatte also eine V-Form. Das geht gar nicht. Das Frühstück war okay, das Personal freundlich. Die Ausstattung insgesamt eher mäßig. Das ganze Haus roch nach billigen Parfüm.

Sercotel is a nice property in a good location and was great for what we needed. The only complaint I have is upon checkin they refused to reimburse us one night’s lodging when our plans changed. They said that because we went through a third party they were unable to do anything about it

Hotel descuidado y bastante “sucio “. A nuestro pedido de vasos limpios… nos dijeron bajar a recepción a recoger otros vasos. Increíble!!! Sercotel:….a ponerse las pilas!

Excellent location ! Hotel was lovely and a minor problem quickly resolved. Very clean.

Overall a good place to stay. It is about a half mile from downtown and has free parking. It is clean and staff are helpful.

We had a good stay. Something must have happened in the cleaning because the drawer of knives were full of water. They were friendly and helped us to print out needed papers. Our dog liked the room but outside is very little dog friendly trees available :)
