The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again.

"Spacious comfortable room "

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great shower. Handy to have secured onsite parking. A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the weekend. But the breakfast was still served and was very good!

En general el hotel es cómodo, creo que necesita una renovación. El desayuno es bueno pero poco personal con lo que no hay vasos, no hay platos, no hay cubiertos y un largo etc... pero con paciencia te lo acaban dando. Esra vez he tenido que pagar por un parking en el exterior cisa que en otra ocasión fue gratuito y eso me gustó.

Reservé una Suite Junior para dos noches. Llegamos y no tenia todas las almohadas, preguntamos en recepción, nos dijeron que dejaban nota, vamos a cenar a la vuelta hay otra persona en recepción, no sabe nada, dice que deja nota para la mañana(1noche perdida), tampoco sabían nada…no volveré. Un precio elevado para 0 resolución. Seguramente haga reclamación a Consumo. Les recomiendo busquen otras opciones en Vitoria.
