Nettes kleines Hotel in der Nähe des Kurhauses mit freundlichem Personal und ansprechenden Zimmern. Leider ist der Service etwas eingeschränkt, da am Sonntag die Rezeption am Sonntag nicht mehr besetzt ist und das Restaurant geschlossen hat. Trotzdem eine Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Wiesbaden.

The lasy on the front desk was wonderful and extremely helpful. The room was good. The A/C did not work at all during one of Germany’s warmest summers. The fridge was room temperature and I could not find the temp controls to change it. The worst was the internet did not work my entire second day so I had to use my expensive international data plan. Very frustrating.

"Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage"

Geschäftsreise 2 Tage. Dieses Hotel ist aber auch ideal für Städtereisen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe...sowie zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel bietet großzügige Zimmer. Besonders das Badezimmer ist erwähnenswert. Zimmer hatte sogar einen Balkon mit einem relativ schönen Ausblick. Das Frühstück wird in einer angrenzenden Lokalität serviert. Hierzu kann ich nichts sagen, da ich ohne Frühstück gebucht hatte. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Overall a great experience, just feel like some of the important info got lost in translation during check-in. Check out clerk was efficient but not overly pleasant. Excellent location. Rooms are good sized and very comfortable. I'd stay again but would confirm several things first-info on their website isn't 100% accurate.

Only thing we can say negative. The wifi drops the access code often , which means repeated trips to the front desk.
