Parkhotel Helmstedt

Deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Das Bad eine komplette Katastrophe: soooo klein, dass man sich selbst und der Tür im Weg steht, also über BMI von 25 hat man verloren. Tür offen lassen geht nicht, da nach innen zu öffnen. Selbst der Duschvorleger ist zu groß!!! Der Heizkörper neben dem Klo war in Kniehöhe dick gelb von Stehpinklern, in gesprenkelt verrostet, was nur bedeuten kann, dass der Urin lange einwirken konnte. Die Schnur vom Fön dreckig, kein Wasserdruck, einfach nur bäh! Das Zimmer roch alt-muffig. Das Bett war bequem, aber man hat sich einfach nur unwohl gefühlt.

Very quaint hotel, nice rooms, and friendly staff. I would have enjoyed staying longer.

The breakfast was nice but a bit pricey for the amount of options.

We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and she spoke excellent English. The room was quite spacious and the beds were comfortale.

The bathroom was extremely small and it was difficult getting into the shower due to the way the doors opened & closed. The bedroom space should have been designed to be slightly smaller in order to give more room to the bathroom. Helmstedt is a lovely little town, however at 21:00 on a Saturday night, it was very difficult to find a restaurant that was still open for customers. When we did find a restaurant and had a meal, we found that it would only take cash, which we didn't have on us. That meant I had to spend 30 minutes finding a place to get the required cash, which pretty much spoilt the evening.

Close to the centre of town and staff were polite and extremely helpful. We had a little terrace and fridge and coffee machine.

Breakfast was really nice with a good selection of hot and cold food and the breakfast room is nice an spaceous. Very helpful staff on hand

The wifi was not working which meant I couldn't use my ipad as I'd planned

Bei solch einem Preis pro Nacht, wäre es wünschenswert, wenn die Duschkabine sauber, das WC heil, der Hygiene Eimer entleert ist und die Duscharmatur heil ist. Es sind vielleicht nur Kleinigkeiten, aber auch wir müssen für unser Geld ordentliche Arbeit abgeben. Alles andere ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Nach 60 km Radtour wurden wir herzlichst empfangen und unsere Räder haben sofort einen vernünftigen sicheren Abstellplatz bekommen . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen 👍. Wir würden immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel fahren . Vielen Dank
