NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOSPEDAJE. CUIDADO. Posible plaga de insectos en una habitación. No acepte hospedarse en la habitación 15 TIRSO

El día 30 de mayo de 2026 tenía reserva en este hotel. Me asignaron la habitación "15 TIRSO", que queda en un tercer piso. Literalmente una palomera. La habitación estaba infestada de un insecto, creo pulgón o piojillo de paloma que nos impidió dormir. Abandonamos la habitación a las 23:30 y hasta el día de este comentario, pese ha que he presentado QUEJA escrita ante el administrador del hotel, éste no se ha comunicado. He presentado queja ante las autoridades del ayuntamiento de Carmona, y actualmente estoy adelantando una queja como consumidora. ES UN TEMA DE SALUD PUBLICA, que puede afectar a los huéspedes futuros. Es la primera vez que me tengo que quejar de un hospedaje gestionado por Booking. El servicio al cliente del Booking ha sido impecable en la atención a mi queja.

Très joli bâtiment andalou Linge d’excellente qualité, la chambre est confortable et propre. Emplacement au cœur de la ville ancienne

Il ne manque qu’un frigidaire dans la chambre : il faisait très chaud et nous n’avons pas pu mettre nos bouteilles d’eau au frais Dommage
