Nice & friendly hotel, quiet but in a great location for the old town. Staff were friendly & helpful. Large bedroom, great to have some space after our compact City Hotel in Istanbul. Very much in the style of the area.

Lovely little traditional hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming. Just clean and tidy, in a good location. Great for a few days as right in the Centre of the old town, everything 5 mins away at most. beds comfortable, exceptionally clean, good value for money. Just be aware that the old ton has cobbled streets.

Two nights while pasing through. It's a short walk over the hill from the pedestrian mall in the center to this quaint hotel in old town. Check a map or your phone the first time and be prepared for cobblestone streets.

Lovely place, located close to the city centre. The room was very beautiful, spacious and clean. The stuff were very polite and friendly. Nice selection of breakfast every morning and the atmosphere was great.

Cosy rooms, great staff and great service. Very good breakfast! Very good deal - value per price! Awesome location! The staff was very polite and helpful! They held our breakfast untill noon, because we were late - a great start of the day (afternoon) :)

I've been in Plovdiv many times. I love everything in this ancient magical city. Especially the people. We arrived later then expected. Reception staff were not impressed. And I really hate (as I speak the language ) comments by staff about customers - thinking they don't understand. ... But it seems to happen rather often here. Room was borderline on acceptable cleanliness. I hate hairs on sheets. Bathroom was tiny. The decor is dated and "wanna be" authentic. But it isn't. As even few of the hostels near by are better. But when the wrong kind of person works/runs a hotel; it really sends me off. I don't know who the arrogant middle aged woman was- but didn't want to find out either. We paid and left. Despite the fact that we paid upfront for room with breakfast - it turned out that it wasn't included. So we paid twice. Location is good- in the lower part of the old town and easily accessible by foot. But for the price you can have way better near by with fantastic service.

Small family run hotel with such a great atmosphere! We got all the attention from the staff and everyone at the reception was so helpful and polite! Would certainly stay there again. We even got upgraded for free to a better room which made our stay really great!

The manager & staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Blue room which was lovely and comfortable. The location of the hotel is central and takes 10 mins to get to the square where you will find lots of bars, restaurants, shops and cash machines. Thank you Lady P Mehta-Sheahan 😎🍷🍷
