"Lovely quiet friendly hotel in Walled City"

Staff are outstanding. Absolutely everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. Best hotel staff of our entire trip. Arranged some good guided events for us. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was fantastic -plates of fresh fruit, juices, basket of breads and then could order off the menu. Omelette was great. Fabulous location-in a slightly quieter area in the walled city but easily walkable everywhere.

The central courtyard was beautiful but had quite a musty odour as they did not run the fans regularly. Would have been a nice space to hang out during the day otherwise. Rooftop pool had vultures drinking from it when we went up; maybe a problem everywhere but it did turn us off pool. Also. Would have been nice if rooftop open later than 9 as would have been nice to sit up there in the breeze at night and read my book.

Desayuno excelente y muy bien atendido por el personal La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, en la zona mas bonita de la ciudad

La habitación es muy pequeña y no tiene ventilación natural los ue obliga a usar continuamente el aire acondicionado

"Charme antigo com toques modernos"

O hotel Casa La Fe tem uma localização fantástica dentro da cidade amuralhada em Cartagena. É próximo aos museus, ao porto de onde saem os passeios e às dezenas de restaurantes que existem na parte histórica de Cartagena. O quarto tem um ótimo ar-condicionado (item essencial em Cartagena) e um espaço adequado. Há o charme de uma construção antiga, com várias facilidades da vida moderna, como uma boa internet, além de um excelente atendimento.

Não tem ducha higiênica junto ao vaso sanitário. O chuveiro é fraco e com controle de temperatura muito difícil. Não há um lugar conveniente para secar as roupas molhadas dos passeios de mar. Os funcionários são muito prestativos, mas achei que a gente encontrou atrações melhores do que as indicadas por um deles.
