Sencillamente, fue un fraude, porque el hotel u hostal casa latina no existe, nos metieron en un cuartito con cucarachas el banio se inundaba y no habia elevador, no se porque no publicaron mi comentario y hoteles.com ni siquiera me dice el motivo a pesar de que soy cliente desde hace diez anios, nunca me habia pasado algo similar.Espero que este si lo publiquen.

No fans, no mirror and no clock in bedroom. Apartment manager was rude when we left. Felt like we were being pushed out. Terrible customer service.

We were not able to stay at the hotel, because we received an email only two days before our arrival were they were proposing us an alternative accomodation (reason: some "water problems"). Given the short notice, we had to accept the solution. However, the new accomodation (Residencial Das Beiras) was not so clean, with a very tiny and unusable bathroom in the room. In the email they confirmed that we would have received the same level of service in the new accomodation: if the service was the same, then Caza Latina is not good at all, otherwise they lied.
