La posizione strategica al centro di Modica, Corso Umberto, con la maggior parte delle bellezze architettoniche raggiungibili facilmente a piedi (Chiesa Madre di San Pietro e palazzi storici) ma anche attraverso un una bella passeggiata, con qualche scalinata (Duomo di San Giorgio). Arredi piacevolmente antichi.

La presenza del miscelatore a manico lungo nel lavandino del bagno della camera assegnatami. Comodo per lavare solo le mani ma pericoloso per il viso. La doccia è dotata di una tenda impermeabile di separazione ma con l'appoggio dei piedi direttamente sul pavimento. Non sarebbe male un accordo con taluno dei bar vicini per una colazione in convenzione.
