Elegáns.

A wellnessrészlegen a vendégek hangoskodása miatt nem volt biztosított a csendes környezet, az éjszakai órákban pedig az alagsorból érkező zajok hajnali 2 óra körül is hallhatók voltak. Mindkét problémát jeleztem a személyzetnek, de a helyzet nem változott. A szálláshely a panaszokat 10%-os kedvezménnyel orvosolta….

Das Personal war sehr freundlich die Zimmer sauber und schön. Leider die gewisse Gäste kann man nicht erziehen da sollte das Personal mehr Unterstützung brauchen, dass diese Menschen nicht verschwenderisch beim Essen sind und sie das Personal respektvoll behandelt werden sollten. Restaurant Personal besonders höflich und freundlich.

Hotel je pekný aj napriek tomu, že nie je najnovší. Personál bol veľmi milý. Raňajky boli skvelé, výber aj chuť.

Nepáčili sa mi veľmi mäkké a vyležané matrace. Wellness by potrebovalo viac pozornosti, chýbali mi vešiaky pri sprchách, nepáčilo, že je do sauny povolený vstup v plavkách a že bola pod lavičkou špina a plastová metla.
