Grand Hotel Riva

Position was ideal and the staff were very nice put us in a room with a balcony however expected more overall from the hotel

Unfinished decor room had pipes protruding from the wall. Leak on ceiling not fixed souless rooms with no character . Breakfast was not great either

Emplacement idyllique. La chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement propre et offrait une vue magnifique depuis le balcon sur le lac et la montagne. Le personnel s'est montré très accueillant et aux petits soins. Un séjour très reposant et un très bon petit-déjeuner délicieux, savoureux t varié servi par des gens très sympa. Je recommande

We liked the location and the staff

Our room was a little dated and there was certain facilities that didn’t work for example the air conditioning which meant our room was extremely hot due to it being on floor 4 and there being lots of windows.

Die Lage

Wie schön mehrmals erwähnt das schlechte Licht im Bad beim Spiegel. Die Bevorzugung der Bus Reisenden beim Frühstück ( vor 7:00 )

A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyszerű. Szép, kényelmes méretű szoba. A szobát minden nap takarították, az ágyneműt és a törölközőket is naponta cserélték. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész, angolul és németül is beszélnek. A reggelinél az ételeket és italokat amint elfogyott feltöltötték.

A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz volt, nem volt benne túl nagy változatosság.
