O serviço de restauração é de grande qualidade.

Embora já seja cliente há muito tempo e já ter usado inclusivamente todas as suites deste hotel, ultimamente estou sempre a ser colocado por cima dos ruidosos ventiladores da piscina (quarto 336) ou no mesmo local em outros andares (1 e 2 pisos), impossibilitando ir à varanda.

Deviam avisar que o ginásio é pago a parte. Os quartos necessitam de uma remodelação

Toda a zona do spa e piscina exterior, uma mais-valia, muito agradável.

O check-in, muito tardio e ainda não tinham o quarto pronto, (situação resolvida rapidamente). Pensei que o pequeno-almoço fosse mais elaborado e com mais produtos regionais.

La estancia en general me encantó. La habitación era muy cómoda, la cama enorme y muy confortable, y la piscina también me gustó mucho. En general, disfruté de todo el hotel y de la experiencia durante mi estancia..

Lo que menos me gustó fue la atención de uno de los camareros, cuyo nombre creo que era Diogo. Su trato no fue especialmente amable ni cercano. Además, me cobraron 6,50 € por una copa que llevaba muy poca cantidad, hasta el punto de que parecía casi un chupito. Fue una situación que me dejó una sensación bastante negativa y que no estuvo a la altura del resto de la experiencia.
