Great facilities, good food and service

Lovely friendly staff, excellent facilities and food.

Hotel was very modern and very spacious. Well designed bedrooms and communal areas. Very luxurious and tastefully curation of design throughout the hotel. The food was excellent, probably amongst the best we had in Austria, amazing breakfasts and dinners.The spa very extensive, with numerous saunas and treatment rooms.

The hotel was not able to accomodate our request made at the time of booking to have rooms close to each other, which was important to us as my mother needs extensive help. They were also not able to accomodate us not having to move mid stay, in spite of being asked when we checked in and also did not confirm that we would have to move until 20 mins before we had to check out of the first rooms and that was only because we asked again. We had to check out of our rooms at 10.30 am and could only access the new rooms after 1pm, having to carry all our luggage downstairs and then back up again 2.5hrs later, which somewhat ruined our spa plans for that day. The hotel is also surrounded by building sites and overlooked by a large crane, which is not their fault but is unfortunate.

Perfect location to enjoy Pertisau and the beautiful Lake Achensee! The room was beautiful with 2 balconies and gorgeous views of the mountains. The bathrooms were immaculate and spacious and the toilet was in a separate area from the rest of the bathroom which was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Alles sehr schön und neu, für unseren Geschmack zu rustikal, da ja eigentlich alles relativ neu ist, warum dann nicht modern gestalten! Was sehr angenehm war, dass die Saunen nie überfüllt waren. Sehr nettes Personal, jedoch ein bisschen zu viel Händegeschüttle, am Empfang, zur Abendessensbegrüssung und dann noch vom Ober.
