Breakfast at Cova da Iria hotel was nice. The dining area was super clean and well tended to by staff. The hotel’s staff was wonderful. They were the main source of information on the town’s events and attractions. The location was very walkable from the bus station and to the cathedral area, as well as to several nice little eateries. We enjoyed our walk to the Gruta da Moeda.

The internet service in our room was terrible. It was either nonexistent or going in and out. It appears to have been a problem specifically with our room, which was around the corner from the elevator, with a view out the back. Try to book anything but rooms that face the back. Wifi was fine in the lobby.
