Very nice hotel at the higher end of the town. Lovely rooms and excellent showers. Great view if you face towards the hill and parador. Also quieter than if facing the road. Staff very helpful. Breakfast pretty decent too. All good. Would stay here again.

Chambre spacieuse, très belle vue sur la vallée de Cuenca, salle de bains spacieuse et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel attentionné et discret. Bien placé dans la partie historique et nombreux restaurants à l’entour.

On peut signaler une wifi instable: signal faible (serait dû aux travaux en cours).

NOT TO RECOMMEND! The size of the room was okay. BUT: The heating broke down constantly. The toilet flush was broken (we were given a bucket of water). The internet connection constantly dropped out. There was no warm water. The cold water was shut off without a specific timeframe being given. Black mold in the bedroom and the bathroom. Huge noise pollution because of construction work at the hotel. And crazy comments of the staff of the hotel as "Toilet brushes are prohibited by law in Spain since the covid pandemie".
