Simple, TB rapport qualité prix, calme hors de la foule de Venise, TB desservi en transport, emplacement idéal entre la mer et la lagune. Bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande!

Das Hotel war super-sauber, das Zimmer einigermaßen ruhig, der Service korrekt, hilfreich und sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut und reichlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super! Besser kann mans nicht machen.

Śniadanie mało urozmaicone brakowało mi warzyw. Dobra lokalizacja w pobliżu przystanku autobusowego, blisko do plaży.

Zadbane pokoje, udogodnienia zgodne z opisem. Przyjemna spokojna okolica, blisko morze z obu stron wyspy. Oddalone od centrum Wenecji, ale bardzo dobrze skomunikowane. Czystość oceniłam wysoko, bo było posprzątane bardzo dokładnie, ale Panie przekraczały swoje obowiązki ingerując w prywatność gości i wyrzucając ich rzeczy, które uznały za śmieci.

Osoby sprzątające przekładały prywatne rzeczy w pokojach. Po ich wizycie szukałam kilku rzeczy, bo były przełożone. Ręczniki były porozwieszane i nie wiedzieliśmy, który był czyj a nie dzielimy się ręcznikami ze sobą, tutaj musieliśmy bo nie było wiadomo który do kogo należy. Nie pisałabym tego gdyby nie to, że trzeciego dnia przełożyły buteleczki z kosmetykami na pochyłą szklana półkę w łazience i jedna z nich musiała im spaść bo gdy wróciliśmy do pokoju zatyczka była złamana i do wyrzucenia. Dodatkowo miałam odłożone tam blokady na pompki do buteleczek na kosmetyki żeby je zamknąć na powrót samolotem i zostały wyrzucone!!! Nie leżały przy śmietniku tylko na półeczce a zostały wyrzucone jak śmieci!! Nie miałam jak zamknąć kosmetyków na podróż. Pusta butelka którą zostawiliśmy sobie dzień przed wylotem do napełnienia wodą na lotnisku też została wyrzucona choć leżała na stole. Jak można wyrzucać czyjeś rzeczy i samemu decydować co jest śmieciem!!! Śmieci są w śmietniku, room service jest do utrzymywania porządku a nie decydowania co można gościom hotelowym wyrzucić. Nigdzie nie spotkałam się z czymś takim żeby personel wyrzucał moje rzeczy spoza śmietnika. Stąd niska ocena personelu - osoby z recepcji były bardzo miłe i pomocne, ale przez wyrzucanie naszych rzeczy ocena jest obniżona za cały hotel. Śniadanie było skromne, ale świeże. Jak było dużo gości w piątek to brakowało jedzenia, bo jedna Pani tylko się tym zajmowała i ludzie czekali na podstawowe produkty jak chleb czy szynka, jak było doniesione to w mig znikało bo każdy był głodny i dosłownie "polował" na jedzenie żeby zdążyć zabrać przed innymi. Bardzo dziwne to było. Gdybyśmy się tego dnia spieszyli i nie mogli czekać na doniesienie jedzenia to niewiele byśmy zjedli. Gdyby nie ta sytuacja ze śniadania oraz wyrzucanie i przekładanie naszych rzeczy to dałabym dużo wyższą ocenę.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Lagune. Der Zimmerservice war jeden Tag sehr gut. Das Frühstück hat uns mit Musik angenehm in den Tag geführt.

Es war zwar ein wunderschönes Badezimmer und mit großem Fenster schön hell. Das Duschen im Stehen war wegen fehlender Abdeckung (oberhalb der Badewanne) und zu kurzem Duschschlauch etwas ungewohnt. Beim Beraten zum QR-Code bezüglich der ‚Eintritts-Steuer‘ wäre etwas mehr Hilfe seitens des Hotels wünschenswert gewesen.

We appreciated the following points: - the hotel’s location - the building is modern and well-maintained - the bus links and its proximity to the biennial - the breakfast is decent for a two-star hotel; there isn’t much choice, but everything tastes good; - the breakfast staff and the young receptionist are very friendly and attentive to guests.

The most disappointing hotel experience of all our travels. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm welcome and a comfortable stay in this beautiful city. It clearly lacks a friendly atmosphere and we can confirm the negative experiences reported by other guests :  The elderly lady at the hotel reception was sorely lacking in empathy. We asked for an extra duvet as it was very cold in the room at night. After asking, we were told in the morning that it was possible to get an extra duvet, but in the evening I had to go back to reception to ask for it again.  The heating wasn’t working even though temperatures were still very low this year, and the shower mixer tap is faulty, switching between scalding hot and freezing cold water. What’s more, the dirty towels weren’t changed after three consecutive days of use even though we had placed the towels on the floor as instructed in the room information sheet, nor was the toilet paper replenished for two days. The mattress and pillows were too hard, and we had back and neck pain every morning. There was also no full-length mirror in the bedroom and only a very small bin in the bathroom. The TV remote control wasn’t working properly and there was no mini fridge in the room. Furthermore, the soundproofing is poor, as you can hear people talking in the neighbouring rooms and their hairdryers, also from 7 o’clock in the morning, the sound of chairs scraping in the breakfast room. We also felt that there was a double standard in the service; for example, some guests were served coffee at their tables, which reinforced the feeling that we were not welcome at this establishment.
