Hotel Settimo Cielo

Great location with a fantastic view. The hotel itself is a little outdated (it hadn't changed much from when I was there 20 years ago!) but the staff are very friendly, the pool is lovely, the room has AC and the location can't be beaten. An easy walk into Sorrento, but without the noise. And the onsite car park is essential of course (if you have a car).

They really could do with a bit of an update, although everything was clean which is the main thing.

Amazing location above the Naples bay. There is a pool which is not always the case in hotels around.

Maybe a short walk to the centre but not a huge deal. Breakfast was too basic. Bathroom and amenities are basic.

The view was lovely and there were fireworks in good view from our balcony one evening.

The staff at breakfast weren't very friendly. Also on our arrival there was no toilet paper in our room and the next day when it had been cleaned, we were only left with one towel and no staff around to ask for another towel. The room was not sound-proof at all and we were awoken by adjacent room noise both nights. The rooms and corridors could do with a refurbishment.

The view from the rooms are exceptional and the staff were fantastic1

The pedestrian walkway to the town was narrow at some points.

Our room had a terrace and view of Sorrento which was beautiful. The location of Hotel Settimo Cielo was excellent

Hotel infrastructure is out of date and requires upgrading in a number of areas. It did not meet our expectations for a 3 star hotel.
