The lovely reception, especially from the two cats of the residence :) the owner also gifted us with some cake the last day. The apartment was exactly as described and we slept well. Location very good at 5k from Assisi (you need a car).

Comfortable apartment. The accommodation is very nice located with beautiful views. In the greenery, only a few km from Assisi, perfect for visiting Assisi and Umbria. Very friendly owner.

A fantastic location near Assisi with a stunning view, the location is quiet and remote. A bed, a kitchen, and great windows, it was very peaceful! I didn't have a car when I came so I was offered a personal taxi by their son Massimo at VERY good rates, and who also acted as a guide to Assisi with plenty of recommendations! Assisi really deserves to be seen, and it's hard to beat a personal mountainside bedroom essentially.

It IS remote enough that having a car would make this much more accessible, but as I said before the taxi service provided was quite affordable! Also do know the owner only speaks Italian - I only speak English myself so while we couldn't directly speak we were able to communicate enough, and she'll call her daughter or son who do speak English if there's a less than basic request needed.

A wonderful mystical place. If you want to know the real one Italy, settle here. Hospitality hosts, images of nature, olive gardens, peace of mind. Its great to travel to Assisi, Perugia and other Umbria towns. Comfortable stay for family wit children. We hope come back in future.

The views from the B&B were spectacular. There were some lovely walks in the area & we also walked back & forth to Assisi town on several occasions. Massimo, brother of the host, is a taxi driver & was always available, even at short notice, to drive us to town in the evening or other tourist attractions. A very pleasant & friendly chap. Having a swimming pool on site was definitely a bonus as the weather was very hot during our stay. Also, seating outside to enjoy the lovely views in the morning & evening was a plus too. Pleasant hosts & a very enjoyable stay.

The room was smaller & not as described in the booking (wooden-beamed ceiling, 2-room apt). & that breakfast was not included in the price, but could be provided (& facilities were available for cooking if needed).
