Riad Sheba

La gentillesse, le professionnalisme et la disponibilité du personnel du Riad. Notamment son responsable qui a été très à l'écoute de nos besoins, nous a fait des propositions de visites et a été de très très bon conseil pour le choix des endroits où manger et découvrir la cuisine locale. La literie était très qualitative, les petits déjeuners copieux et succulents et la décoration de l'établissement dans son ensemble a été faite avec beaucoup de goût. Ma famille et moi avons été enchantés par notre séjour et nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Si nous devons revenir à Marrakech, c'est sans aucun doute dans ce Riad que nous séjournerons.

Notre arrivée en taxi jaune qui n'avait pas été organisée par le Riad mais par nos soins et qui n'était vraiment pas top. Il vaut mieux s'adresser au Riad pour qu'il organise lui-même le transfert de l'Aéroport vers le Riad, et inversement, si l'on ne veut pas être déçu et éviter les arnaques.

Excellent location, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help and support us when one of our group ended up in hospital even making a take away breakfast every day for us at the hospital. We couldn’t thank them enough for their care and thoughtful hospitality.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e siamo stati trattati benissimo. Le camere erano pulitissime e curate nei dettagli. Il servizio è stato perfetto, soprattutto grazie a Reda, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Le signore in cucina ci hanno preparato una colazione buonissima, davvero speciale. Atmosfera accogliente e rilassante.

Nulla da segnalare, è stato tutto perfetto.

Great location. Five bedrooms in the riad each named after Moroccan cities. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Loved the old doors! Warm and welcoming team. Rida looked after us throughout our stay. He was a star. Even served us breakfast early as we had an early appointment - all this during Ramadan too. Thank you to the team for a lovely stay!

The location was good, the young member of staff named Rida who looked after us was fabulous. The room was a good size and in a great part of hotel near the roof garden. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty.

Not like is too strong but a few things were a little tired, some sockets were loose and didn’t work.

Very good and clean riad just outside the Medina, 10 min walk from Jemaa El-Fna, but reachable by taxi. Rida, the guy who welcomed us and took care of us very professional and pleasant. Good staying. I recommend !

El Riad cumple con todas las expectativas, desde cercanía a la medina, buen desayuno, camas muy cómodas, el alojamiento es espectacular, súper bonito y muy limpio y lo mejor la gente que trabaja allí, en especial gracias a Reda por su amabilidad y profesionalidad.

Il riad è molto curato in tutti i particolari, offre una bellissima atmosfera ed è gestito con attenzione e cortesia verso l'ospite. L'accoglienza è impeccabile, la pulizia apprezzabile. La colazione è di standard buono, anche se ripetitiva. L'appartamento al piano terra è comodo e carino, tuttavia temo che in alta stagione, quando la struttura è occupata da un maggior numero di ospiti, potrebbe risultare rumorosa in concomitanza con il servizio colazione.

Tutto molto gradevole.
