Everything was superb. The hosts paid personal attention to every guest giving valuable advice and recommendations. The room and all the property was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious. 10/10.
Great stay at Alexandros Studios, quiet location, lovely pool. Mike makes your stay great with his infectious personality and recommendations. Unfortunately Wifi was weak. You definitely need a car in Crete and if you are staying here to get around.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Mike collected us at the airport even though our flight arrived very late. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was wonderful with a really great selection of food. We had booked half board and so Mike drove us to Nesaki restaurant every night where we enjoyed an excellent dinner and then he collected us when we had finished our meal. Both Mike and Inka were so friendly and helpful that we felt we were staying with friends rather than staying in a hotel. Despite being almost 80 years old we did not find the walk up the hill too bad at all although we might feel differently if we visited in the summer when it was hotter! We feel that we could not have had a better holiday
From the moment I was picked up at the airport I was made to feel very welcome, Mike I as chatty & his sense of humour made me smile. The grounds of the studios are stunning, the studio I was in was basic but had absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well stocked & reasonably priced mini bar. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels every 2 days, always smelt fresh & clean. Breakfast was superb, a huge selection of coffee/tea/juice/water etc aswell as bread, jam, yougurts, cold meats, fresh vegetables, condiments - literally anything you need or could want! The friendliness & warmth from Mike & his wife Inka shone through, they’re sense of humour was fantastic and they could not help enough. This setting was perfect for relaxing and I slept 8 hours a night solidly which rarely rarely happens at home! I cannot recommend this little gem enough, point to note though it is on a hill and even though I have arthritis I did tackle it several times so don’t let that put you off, good excessive! An absolute 5stars from me 😎
