Since the hotel is in a convenient location from the train station, we were easily able to walk to it. The reception area always had a friendly staff member to greet us and answer our questions. I was glad there was a lift after my knee started to give me trouble. We were able to find good bars, restaurants, and a convenience store very close by. The hotel vibe is not pretentious, but warm and comfortable- just the way we like it.

I was glad to get a cooked breakfast at the hotel, but I would have also liked to have had the choice of paying less for a smaller breakfast as an alternative.

Was a bit noisy from the street but I brought ear plugs and was not a problem for me.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this charming hotel. The staff was exceptional, warm, and welcoming. We happened to arrive on the day of a big football match, when the town was especially busy. The young woman at the front desk was personable, attentive, and incredibly helpful in suggesting and booking a dinner reservation for us. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and a highlight of our stay. We also appreciated the hotel's central location, which made it easy to explore the area. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great location, very cheap/ easy parking nearby, staff was very nice/ friendly. Lovely view from room

Loud noise level outside very late at night and very early in the morning even with earplugs (bar across the street left music on even after closing and threw kegs around onto a truck at 6:00 in the morning) room was VERY warm even with a fan so the window couldn't be closed
