The accommodation is located in a quiet area, very close to the city center. The owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms are simple but cozy, comfortable, and have everything you need. The hot water works perfectly, which is a big plus. The atmosphere of this place is truly amazing — peaceful, authentic, and very charming. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

If staying for several nights, I would recommend varying the breakfast a little, as it was exactly the same every day. Also, one small suggestion: the lady preparing breakfast often played loud TV dramas on her phone during breakfast time. Since the terrace has such a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, full of flowers and birds, it felt a bit distracting and took away from the otherwise relaxing experience. A quieter environment would make breakfast even more enjoyable.

L’hôtel est très charmant. Antonio nous accueille à bras ouverts, nous donnant plein de conseils pour nos futures aventures. Son français est impeccable! Nous avons pu laisser nos gros sacs en toute sécurité à l’hôtel pour partir 2 jours en randonnée au canyon de Colca. La terrasse pour le petit déjeuner est très agréable, le personnel adorable et les chambres confortables. Nous recommandons vivement cette belle petite adresse!

Historical, good location and comfortable rooms with plenty of space

Ottima posizione, quartiere tranquillo e sicuro. Edificio coloniale molto bello. Camera ampia e confortevole. Buona colazione. Acqua calda.

Bagno un po' datato, no tappetino. Non presente servizio di colazione da asporto

Such a cute place made to feel like home. We felt like we had stepped back in time and were experiencing living during the 1800. The rooftop breakfast was lovely and the owner/manager went above a beyond to make our stay comfortable and shared all the places to go and see in Ariquipa that were the best fit for our family. We were also able to leave some of our luggage behind while we went on the Colca Canyon hike; we didn’t think twice about its security.

Coffee in the morning could have been a lot stronger.

Le logement est authentique et charmant avec son responsable qui est très accueillant, qui parle très bien français et qui nous a bien conseillé sur les choses à visiter dans la ville et aux alentours. Le wifi est relativement stable et gratuit.

À part le responsable, le personnel n’était pas très souriant et parlant. A savoir : le logement est situé à 15min à pied du centre (pas dérangeant pour nous). Il peut être difficile de trouver le juste milieu entre l’eau chaude et l’eau froide sous la douche.

Le gerant parle francais ,super acceuil et nous a fournis plein d’infos utiles. Il s’est occupe d’organiser toutes nos ballade. Chambre sobre mais fonctionnelle,au calme qui donne sur un charmant patio. Proche du centre ville,bien situe. Petit dejeuner simple mais avec des produits frais(excellent jus de fruit maison et salade de fruit frais) Excellent adresse que je recommande (qualite de l’acceuil,des infoset du lieu)
