The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Les Quatre Salines

This hotel is very new. Everything is clean, high tech (ie. lights shut off without a valid hotel card, etc), eco-friendly. The location is remote, in the midst of a farmland, but it was very close to Mont St-Michel which was really the intent of our visit. Restaurant menu is a bit expensive so we didn't even bother to reserve. We ate at a nearby restaurant instead. Would love to stay here again.

It sucked, they didn't let us in, we showed up at 10:15, had no idea as there check in notification said 3:30 whatever that meant, scrolling on the bottom. Not very obvious. Was one of the worst times of our trip, ended up having to stay somewhere else with bedbugs! Thanks a lot!

Very comfortable room and very clean. Quiet, rural location. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

Good enough basic stay for the Mt St Michel area. Hotel is so oddly arranged for having enough space to do it right. Have to use various stairs and odd entries for reception and to get to rooms when it shouldn't be the case. Rooms could use updating, especially the bathrooms.

Food was good but for price the overall experience was poor.

It was a nice place to stay had the best crossiant so far. The service was lovely and the room was clean and neat there is no lift and there are a few steps but they do provide disabled access

The free wifi did not work in the room, only in the common area. another guest told us he had the same problem.

We stayed for two nights, one of which had electricity cut for almost 20 mins and the other night was without WiFi. WiFi isn't stable and many websites are blocked. But the hotel is good for its proximity to Pontorson and Mt St Michel.

The hotel was like a building site inside and out. There was rubble everywhere and no proper paths. Inside builders were working until after 7pm and had to move cables and ladders for us to access out room. The whole place needed decorating even our room and the radiators were dirty and unpainted. We couldn't use the overbath shower as there were no fixings not even an over bath glass door. When we complained they said they had to get the hotel finished by Friday(this was Wednesday) - no chance. They did us a discount for any future booking - hardly likely. The hotel should not have been open.

This was a generally good experience for our one night stay with me and my young son, the place was clean and the staff were helpful, it was great value for money with perhaps the exception of the breakfast which was fine but nothing special. Great location if visiting mont St micheal
