The building looks nice.

The worst was the staff. Rude, zero professional, unwelcoming, bad English, not helpful. You feel like you disturb them just bu your mere presence. Breakfast is basic, very poor variety, they do not refill what is finished. For Italy bad coffee. Location is not as good, as we thought. Not that centric. They upgraded us to suite, that we didn’t need. Big, useless room where you’d better have less space but at least 1/2 empty electricity sockets close to bed to charge at least mobile. No hooks for towels in bathroom. No place to put your things in bathroom. Bad cleaning. Hairs in the bathroom floor. Kitchen is completely empty. Big kitchen, but not one plate, not one fork. Nothing for microwave. So if you want to use kitchen, you have to pay additionally. There was a kettle and several tea-bags, NOT one instant coffee! Quality of room is bad. Finishings ate poorly made. See pictures. Toilet flush didn’t work properly. Water didn’t stop! The worst was parking. They charge 15 euros per night to leave car on the back of the building in a narrow open-space area. Difficult to park and to exit. They take your keys away and Reception leaves at 22.00. So from 22.00 and till they come in the morning you DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to your car! They say 15 euros parking for 24 hours, but it is a lie! We came at night and after check-out in the morning wanted to leave a car for several hours and they didn’t permit it. Finally they said we have to pay supplement of 15 euros. How can it be that SUPPLEMENT is the same as 24 hours parking. So, zero recomendable. Avoid this place. Bad, expensive! Close by there is a underground parking and for the same money you park under-roof and have access to your car.

Lovely location in the centre. Free bikes so you can cycle to the beaches! Friendly and helpful staff.

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Le surclassement !! L'emplacement au centre ville, le parking fermé dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. le petit déjeuner pris dans le jardin. Petit déjeuner buffet sucré et salé.

Liked this hotel a lot! + Convenient location for those who choose Sanremo as a base to explore the surroundings: close both to the centre and the railway station. Close to a 24/7 supermarket. + Comfortable room, good bed and pillows, safety box, a/c works well, wifi reaches even the garden where it's very pleasant to sit . + Very tasty breakfast served in the garden + Friendly staff + Good value for money Would stay here again!
