Bloo Lagoon Eco Village

The staff are very friendly and helpful, The views are amazing, walking distance to the best snorkeling at Bloo Lagoon beach.

On first impressions we were blown away by the view of the bay from the property. The bed was comfy, the furnishings are a bit tired, it was very peaceful and quiet at night apart from the wildlife! The staff are all lovely and very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant food was ok, we had a few meals and drinks we couldn’t eat/drink for various reasons. It’s an amazing space to sit and have food with panoramic views. The breakfast is excellent. We really enjoyed a massage but the spa facilities are also a little tired. They have a really good boutique shop, a lovely pool and an amazing space to do yoga - free class everyday but at 7:30am which is too early for us. It’s an eco resort and they seem to be committed to sustainable practices. We love the traditional design of the house and how well the houses fitted into natural environment.

Sadly the local beach is covered in litter and the sand covered in oil presumably from the local refinery in the bay. We were sad not to be able to use the beach and after watching boats “herding” a pod of dolphins around the bay we chose not to do a boat excursion and didn’t feel the water was clean enough to snorkel so there wasn’t a great deal to do. Fine for a 3-4 night stay. The fully outdoor toilet didn’t work for us especially at night when the area was covered in frogs, geckos, snails, millipedes etc. Housekeeping came unannounced one day and spread white powder everywhere which resulted in piles of dead millipedes. We weren’t on board with this as felt the toxic powder isn’t in-keeping with eco principles and the millipedes weren’t a problem but the piles of dead ones were. Overall enjoyed our stay and found it very restful apart from the anxiety at night using the toilet and trying to keep creatures out of our bedroom.

Amazing, clean and stunningly curated environment. Sunrise over the yoga pavilion was a core memory for us.

Вопросы к персоналу. И это я пишу скорее для менеджера отеля. 50 % очень толковые ребята. Умеют общаться, говорят на англ. Языке. Ребята, так сказать попроще: - Кивают в ответ, но реально не понимают и даже не пытаются - очень громко и часто отрыгивают на кухне. Что не способствует аппетиту. - Ведут себя пазгильдяйский. Слоняются без дела, не обращая внимания на клиентов. Честно говоря у меня сложилось впечатлением что многие сотрудники не знают правил взаимодействия с клиентами и должностные инструкции. Ваш отель люблю и уважаю. Надеюсь на исправление недочетов. Удачи

Останавливаемся уже не в первый раз. Несмотря на то что живем в большом комплексе. Есть уединение. Вид с виллы невероятный. Мне больше нравится вид который выходил на агунг. Для меня был очень хороший спа. Девочки- лучшие на Бали. Рекомендую:)

С одной стороны кафе это украшение, готовят вкусно. С другой в последний день я отравилась в нем. И это очень испортило отпуск. Ну и для персонала: когда я лежала пластом с отравлением. Пришли, раз, два, три, четыре. Все никак не могли успокоиться. Время выезда в 12:00 пришли в 11:30,11:40.. я была не в состоянии встать. Может для них это было и хорошо. Хотелось прибить за навязчивость.

Amazing Villa. Embrace nature and switch off. Outside shower and toilet are cool. The views from upstairs villa13.. unreal The restaurant is excellent. Staff great. Totally chilled for three days.

At times the ants really can be intrusive. I get the whole eco experience...but.
