Hotel Alpha Océan

Very disappointed! Room so small the wardrobe had folding doors and still no room for a bedside table that side. Awful leatherette curtains and throw which were falling to bits. Bathroom ok but that's about all. You could hear every word said next door and above you. About the only thing to be said for that room was that the bedding was spotless. Parking on street and can be awkward at the weekend. Definitely not worth the money.

petit hôtel à vingt mètres de la mer, dans un site spectaculaire où la mer saute lors des grandes marées, avec vue sur mer de certaines chambres, personnel sympathique, restaurants voisins, possibilité d'aller à pied par la digue à st Malo intramuros, chambres petites et ménage pas toujours fait à fond ( derrière têtes de lit par exemple) mais dans l'ensemble appréciation positive. parfait pour un court séjour.

Séjour très agréable. Hôtel et personnels accueillants. Je conseils cet hôtel si vous voulez être proche de la plage. 15 minutes à pied des rempart.

Schöne Lage direkt am Strand, unweit der Altstadt. Der Rezeptionist spricht deutsch. Frühstück unspektakulär, halt typisch französisch. Die Bar war leider am Abend wg. der Nebensaison geschlossen, jedoch sind genügend Alternativen in der Umgebung zu finden. Ansonsten hat das Hotel seine Blütezeit hinter sich. Zimmer sehr klein, total abgewohnt. Toiletten- und Schrankabtrennung zusammen geschustert und auseinanderfallend. Man bleibt schon im Bad stehen mit der Tür in der Hand. Eine Grundsanierung wäre von Nöten.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Saint-Malo à l'hôtel Alpha Ocean. le gérant de l'établissement ainsi que son personnel sont très accueillant. L’hôtel est situé à quelques mètres de plage, ce qui est très pratique pour observer les marées et aller sur la plage avec les enfants.

Overall it's a good hotel in a perfect location to stop over before boarding a ferry in the morning. Our room was tatty and dated, but clean enough where it mattered. It would have been nice to have a choice of pillows as the ones in the room were far too firm for me. Our dog loved the room, and his bed in the wardrobe, and being so close to the beach.
