Nice view and nice old building

The Good: While the room was unacceptable, the manager was understanding when confronted with the evidence. They acknowledged the issues and provided a full refund for the entire stay, including the night we stayed under protest. The Bad: We arrived late at night to find the property in an uninhabitable state. We stayed the first night "under protest" only because it was midnight, but checked out immediately the next morning. • Health Hazard: There was visible mold on the shower ceiling. This is a serious respiratory risk. • Insalubridade: Extreme humidity levels made the air heavy and the bedding/pillows damp to the touch. It was unfit for a comfortable stay. • Hygiene Failure: We found hairs on the bedding and surfaces, indicating a lack of professional cleaning. • Deceptive Advertising: The listing promised "free on-site private parking," but it was full, forcing us to park on a public road. Verdict: Despite the manager's professional handling of the refund, the property itself has systemic health and hygiene issues. I cannot recommend staying here until a full renovation and deep clean are performed.

Вкусный завтрак и красивая территория.

Мы забронировали номер размером 20 кв.м, нам предложили номер вообще не соответствующий фотографиям, на нижнем ярусе виллы (там несколько ярусов), номер был не больше 12 метров, там пахло сыростью и кошачьей мочей, было темно. Мы попросили поменять номер, за это взяли доплату 20 евро за ночь, предоставили больше номер, но все старое, серое, было очень темно, грязно, декоративные подушки пахло пылью, это было ужасно ещё и с доплатой. Стоянка не всегда есть на территории виллы, иногда нужно парковаться на улице вблизи. Если вы хотите выехать с виллы до 7:00, ворота закрыты и не понятно как их изнутри открыть, нам этого не объяснили, объяснили как открывать с улицы, а на улицу не понятно где выход с виллы. Был не приятный опыт пребывания.

Une immense ancienne maison avec tout son charme, les espaces communs sont magnifiques et très agréables. La chambre est standard, lit confortable, salle de bain à l’ancienne et fonctionnelle. Peu de chauffage dans la maison en mai, quand il pleut il fait un peu humide. Le petit dej est incroyable, délicieux avec des préparations maison!! Je recommande

Well located, staff was nice, location is good. Breakfast was rich in various options. All around a good place to sleep / stay. Balcony and view were great.

You notice wear and tear through the room, the bathroom, doors / talking in the hall were pretty loud, and the TV reception was little to none.
