The outside appearance is lovely, such as the common salon and outside area. The breakfast buffet is very versatile and healthy. Our cleaning lady was very friendly and did a good job.

Cats everywhere! If you're allergic to cats, avoid this hotel. There was even one sitting on a bed while visiting our rooms. They call it 'boutique', I would call it 'in serious need for renovations': Safety Hazards: There were exposed electrical wires in the walls and poorly managed power strips/cabling, which pose a significant safety and fire risk. Poor Maintenance: Many fixtures were in a state of disrepair. The soap dispenser was hanging off the wall, and the curtain rods appeared unstable. The overall state of the room, including damaged wall sockets and worn-out furniture, suggests a lack of basic upkeep. As a paying guest in a quite expensive hotel, I find it distressing to be placed in a room that is not only poorly maintained but also potentially unsafe. I believe these issues need urgent attention from your maintenance and housekeeping departments to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests. Also: it was advertised as 4 stars on Booking, but in fact it's officially a 3 stars.
