Bene colazione, bene camera, aria condizionata, pulizia. Tutto Ok

La reception non è disponibile all'arrivo, check in come in un B&B, l'hotel è all'interno di una ztl, il parcheggio è lontano. Se volevo un B&B avrei speso meno.

La struttura è pulita

Ho soggiornato due notti in questa struttura. La prima notte mi è stata assegnata una camera senza riscaldamento: me ne sono accorto solo al momento di andare a letto e non è stato possibile fare nulla, dato che il personale non è presente dopo le 20. La temperatura era gelida e non ho potuto dormire. Il giorno successivo mi è stata cambiata stanza, ma l’idromassaggio non funzionava. L’accesso al parcheggio esterno è complicato e la prima notte era completamente pieno, costringendomi a trovare una soluzione di fortuna. Ho richiesto il rimborso per la prima notte, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.

camera piccolina con bagno spazioso

la doccia aveva poca acqua calda e solo fino a 38 gradi e il parcheggio è molto lontano dalla struttura
