Eine tolle Poollandschaft in mitten der Berge. Das Frühstück war super lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Auch das Abendessen war grandios.

Leider war die Musik jeden Abend bis Mitternacht zu hören - vorallem der Bass.

Mooi zwembad, vriendelijke mensen, schoon en goede locatie.

Je moet wel een beetje een gezelligheidsdier zijn, elke dag de hele dag harde muziek aan, ook tijdens het eten, je verstaat elkaar niet en het gaat soms tot na 01:00 door.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Leider konnten wir aufgrund von Regen den Pool nicht nutzen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und prima als Familienzimmer mit zwei getrennten Schlafräumen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Personal im Restaurant komplett sehr freundlich. Das Essen war super und auf den Essenswunsch unserer Kinder wurde auch spontan eingegangen. Vielen Dank!

La poca disponibilità ed elasticità dei proprietari ed il fatto che al telefono mi avevano detto che la piscina per la domenica si poteva prenotare pagando anche in fase di check in invece al momento del check in mi hanno liquidato con un tutto esaurito che secondo me era solo per levarmi di torno. In quanto avevo chiesto di venirmi un pochino incontro perché avevo fissato ed ho pagato per 7 persone ma eravamo in 6. Inoltre mi hanno dato un appartamenti al posto di una camera, e fin qui tutto ok visto che era più grande, ma non mi hanno fatto le pulizie come se avessi una camera. Quindi niente letti rifatti ne asciugamani puliti e quando ho sollevato il problema mi hanno risposto che per gli appartamenti funziona così....peccato che io avevo prenotato una camera e secondo me i servizi dovevano essere i soliti. Inoltre, cosa secondo me molto strana, quando siamo arrivati c'era l'aria condizionata molto alta ho chiesto come fare per spengerla e loro mi hanno detto che l'avrebbero fatto dalla reception e che non si poteva fare dall'appartamento e la prima sera l'hanno spenta la sera dopo no ed abbiamo trovato un freddo polare e ci siamo accorti che la potevamo spengere anche dalle stanze. Mi sembra che chi ci ha accolto, penso siano i proprietari, non ci sappiano molto fare con le persone e lo ho trovati abbastanza indisponente.

Sinceramente metterei molto in evidenza il fatto che si tratta di un hotel forse un tempo 4 stelle che ha una piscina molto bella utilizzata soprattutto da esterni per feste. In piscina c'è musica tutto il giorno, la gente balla, beve, fuma, insomma si diverte utilizzando tutta l'area senza ovviamente curarsi del fatto che ci sono ospiti che hanno speso circa 200€ a notte per soggiornare in hotel. Impossibile ovviamente stare in piscina senza ricevere qualche pallonata. Se abitassi in zona e dovessi festeggiare il mio 40esimo non avrei dubbi su dove andare ma assolutamente senza prenotare la camera in hotel. Incredibile!!!

Kan ikke si annet enn fantastisk. Vi så etter et sted i nærheten av San Marino som hadde basseng. Vi kunne ikke funnet et bedre sted, utrolig flott beliggenhet på landet, stille og rolig. Kort kjøretur til San Marino, ca 25 min, og enda kortere til flyplassen i Rimini, ca 15 minutter. Tilretteleggingrn ved hotellet med tanke på bassenget og restauranten er knallbra. Her kan en tilbringe hele dagen ved bassenget, sove, bade og spise. Totalt avslappende. Kronen på verket er maten, frokost opplevelsen kunne ikke blitt bedre, men middagen er magisk. Kan anbefale det jeg tipper er signaturen, Barbeque Reale, for et måltid 😀. Her kommer jeg definitivt til å dra tilbake for en ny opplevelse 😀

Wonderful location, staff and room. Great pool and delicious food. Amazing sunsets and evening vibe. We had a great time with our family.

There was very little to like about this place. The pool was nice in the morning midweek otherwise it was packed with people and had loud music blasting. The staff were lovely apart from the manager/owner.

We were extremely disappointed with the accommodation overall. The worst and most obvious problem was the unbelievably ugly view from the apartment. A wall on one side and a building site/car park on the other. This ruined the feeling of being on holiday for us. The luxury apartment was otherwise far from luxury- the shower was rickety, it kept falling down. It was dark and the lighting was very bare, not cosy at all. The apartment had zero charm really. The Kitchen was badly equipped, no salad bowl, not enough cups, dirty dishes, no wine glasses. The cooker was difficult to use. We asked for a refund because we decided to leave 3 days early but the management were not willing. They offered us a smaller room without a kitchen and no privacy which we didn’t feel was a fair swap, so we left. They gave us a meal one evening for free but it was poor compensation.
