Tomaron mal la reserva, eramos 3 personas pero nos habían adjudicado 1 habitación para 1 persona. Nos dividieron la estadía en 2 habitaciones y en un estudio. Viajamos por el cumpleaños de mi mama, es cardíaca, les pedimos una silla en recepción mientras arreglaban la reserva y no se la dieron. Al dia 2 no tuvimos agua caliente. Decepcionadas
