Please let Hotel Du Nord know your arrival time in advance if you expect to arrive after 19:00. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 1. Groups: Any reservation of more than 3 rooms entails special conditions. 1.1 Flexible – 7 days The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer will have to pay the total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 7 days prior to arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation. The customer must pay in advance the total amount of the reservation within 7 days prior to arrival. 1.2 Nonrefundable The customer must pay the total amount of the reservation if he cancels at any time. The customer will have to pay in advance the total amount of the reservation at all times. 2. Parking: Our hotel located in the center of Aigle does not have private parking. (PDF attached with our recommendations)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
