"Wonderful trip to Cuenca "

Hotel is ideally situated for the old town if people have walking difficulties the bus is nearby for the old town every 15 mins. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay lots to see and do and eaten is some fantastic restaurants. The hotel was mediocre but a large room and clean, no view only brick walls and other rooms. Reception staff helpful and parking in car park very nearby which had an agreement with the hotel. I would class this as a 2star hotel.,

Un hôtel à ne pas manquer...Tout est parfait. Ne pas hésiter à dîner dans le restaurant du dernier étage. La cuisine est excellente et en plus une vue imprenable sur la veille ville. Les chambres sont agréables et propres

Pocas veces he encontrado una empresa donde funcionen tan bien.Tuvimos un pequeño mercance y quedamos asombrados y agradecidos de la rapidez en solventarlo y la amabilidad del personal,asimismo con la direcciòn que enseguida se puso en contacto.Una ejemplaridad que me gustarìa que fuese la forma de trabajar en este pais.Muy agradecida.

El acceso al hotel muy mal. No estaba adaptado. Íbamos con carrito de bebé y teníamos q cargar el carrito para el acceso al ascensor. El desayuno dejó mucho q desear. El pan de molde en los paquetes atados con un nudo y otros medio abiertos incluso en había moho en uno de ellos. La camarera q había no se molestó en quitarlo y poner otro. Además de la máquina de zumos no funcionaba. El mini bar de la habitación estaba apagado y cuando lo dijimos no enfrió lo suficiente. Vamos q para el precio q tiene no es un sitio q cumple las expectativas. No repetiría

El problema es que la habitación da a un patio cerrado. No tiene ninguna vista con lo que tienes que tener la cortina cerrada.
