The owner was very rude with terrible customer service and human relation. The apartment isn’t well furnished, it is only suitable as an inn and not a hotel. The apartment doesn’t have a functional restaurant, so you need to take a bus down the hill before you can have any food or groceries. There aren’t TV’s or sockets in the room to charge your appliances. The location is only suitable for those who love hiking.

Ein herausragendes Hotel in einer faszinierenden Umgebung.

This place is beautiful and welcoming. We loved the time spent during our stay. Having breakfast included is a nice bonus. Would definitely return!

Hotel histórico em uma localidade pitoresca da Suíça, em meio aos Alpes, um paraíso. Porém o hotel necessita de reforma. Mas o quarto em que ficamos era perfeito, muito cômodo e com tudo o que precisamos. Não deu vontade de sair de lá!

The hot tub was nice

El hotel es antiguo,no hay secador en la habitación que es malo ya que tienes un jacuzzi donde vas a mojarte el pelo, la comunicación con el hotel es mala no contestan durante la estancia pero solo por las vistas merece la pena calidad precio

Hotel Furniture were a little older, bathroom was clean and updated!
