Personale della reception cordiale e accogliente e location perfetta. A due passi si arriva nella splendida piazza del Duomo. Ho apprezzato tantissimo che sia un pet friendly hotel. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Non mi hanno avvertito che avrei dovuto attivare da sola il riscaldamento. Questo ha comportato durante la notte un grande disagio, così come al giorno dopo, quando ho utilizzato il bagno. Fare la doccia al freddo non è piacevole!

"Centralissimo e confortevole"

L'albergo è collocato in pieno centro in una via molto tranquilla. E' comodo a tutte le principali attrattive che sono raggiungibili a piedi. La stanza molto pulita, spaziosa e silenziosa. Il personale efficiente e cortese, mi hanno dato utilissime indicazioni anche nei giorni antecedenti l'arrivo. Colazione molto abbondante e di qualità, con anche torte artigianali. Carino anche il bar dove abbiamo gustato un ottimo aperitivo. L'albergo è nella ZTL ma contattando la struttura vi segnalano parcheggi/vie dove parcheggiare l'auto e comunque hanno anche loro una zona sosta per alcune auto, con un costo giornaliero contenuto. Non ne abbiamo usufruito solo perchè abbiamo trovato parcheggio appena fuori dalla ZTL a 2 minuti dall'albergo, seguendo le indicazioni che ci avevano dato.
