Colazione poco fornita, soprattutto la parte salata.

The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! It was like staying with family but still having as much privacy as you want. I called down for breakfast to be delivered to my room every morning and it took on average four minutes… Just really great staff great service great vibe.

There were no television stations in English. Everything was in Italian, although maybe that was good and I could disconnect from the crazy world!

partiamo dalla colazione che è completamente da rivedere, un albergo ad una stella propone una modesta qualità in più. Brioche rigorosamente congelate, il salato inesistente a parte qualche fetta di pane con un po’ di prosciutto cotto ma il problema stava nello scaldare il pane, grill non funzionate buttata lì sul tavolo come al mercatino dell’usato, consiglio a chi lavora in hotel: i bicchieri alla colazione per gli ospiti metteteli rivolti in giù verso la tavola, imbevibili anche succhi di frutta. Poi la camera signori, lasciando perdere il cattivo odore che si percepisce subito appena si entra e non sono bastati 3 giorni di finestra aperta per mandarlo via, il bagno non è classificabile, se pensiamo che stiamo parlando di un 4 stelle non possiamo nemmeno discutere (buttare giù e rifare) servizi offerti?? ne leggi tanti ma funzionano in pochi, quasi niente

The best part of the hotel for us was the staff....always smiling and trying to find a solution for every question you have. We had a suite...basic but size was fine-A/C slow-comfortable beds-good shower. Restaurant and breakfast have very low quality items/ingredients. Overall a nice stay.

Ironic but there was nowhere to relax at this spa. Tried to sit by the pool but was told its not a pool and cant sit by it, but I was offered to use the spa facilities for an extra charge until they didn't have any appointments left for the only day I was there. There was also a birthday party that night so loud music was going till 12:15am and loud people till 1am and we have to be awake at 6am for a flight. No warning, staff didn't care, awful.
