Stayed at the Quest Brighton on the Bay as a massive wedding group over a weekend! Was an amazing hotel to stay it. Check in was easy. Rooms were great and the staff were very friendly! Would definitely recommend to others when looking to stay around the area! Very central to cafes, pubs and other places

The location was prime and staff was so lovely and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, beach was just across the road. Restaurants are close by, shops are 10mins walking. Its perfect for the little getaway!

Close to Brighton Beach

Maintenance seems to have slipped since our last visit four years ago. Lights out in the lifts. Light broken in our room - makeshift repair done but the casing fell to the floor.

Location for our trip to SE Melbourne was excellent. I like the coded entrances so you could come and go without a key card.

All of my details were leaked online. My name, email, phone number, booking dates and booking reference number and i was subjected to a fairly realistic Phishing attack, that made email cancel multiple cards. Post this drama, I was sent a message saying they didnt have a card on file so my booking would be canceled...I checked on booking.com my card details were there ... called, was informed that "we dont have details on our system" Possibly the worst customer service i have experienced in 15 years of using Booking.com
