Convenient location

Originally was given a regular room even though I booked an executive. I had to go back to reception to question this and was given another room. Dripping sound outside at night for several hours. Reported the bathroom. Light was not working on the morning of the 5th but this was not rectified.

Nothing!

Horrifyingly dirty. Blankets, curtains, beddings were all stained! When we asked for extra blankets, we were told there were none. Even the blinds were not working properly, and toilet bulb was also not functioning. Service from Ahmed was good, everyone else was just clueless and less than helpful.

Great location.

Broken kettle. It was a cold night and there was no blanket available in the wardrobe, which is common in many hotels. Bedding was very light/thin for winter. Windows paper thin so the room I had on the busy road was very noisy in the morning.

Bed was comfortable and location is great

The room services was very poor, had to ask for coffee/tea/toilet paper to be restocked

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The couch was also uncomfortable The bedroom door did not shut The baking tray for the oven was covered in cooking oil
