Emplacement. L’hôtel est correct, du style cossu, mais sans charme et certaines installations commencent à être négligées

La réception très polie mais pas très helpful; les installations qui commencent à être négligées (les prises qui ne marchent pas, la salle de bain ou l’eau fuit par les interstices de la paroie..

Clean, helpful staff, close to everything

The hot water in the shower was not hot and I didn't have to use the cold at all

Alarm woke us up at 2:30 am False alarm Finally was getting my kids back to sleep and the set off announcement again Next morning it goes off again Then we get told we need to evacuate Then nothing that was it Didn't even bother staying for our later check out. No apologies for the disturbance Paying $800+ total for a horrible sleep and our peaceful hotel stay to not be so peaceful Should of been discounted for the second night/morning.

Fire alarm went off twice, first time in middle of night and second in morning. Fire alarm said warden will direct us out of building, no warden or any staff member around to direct from 4th floor, found the stairwell to walk down which took me out into a closed off area outside, no signage and hard to find my way back to hotel reception once out on street, Poor signage and no communication about what to do, decided to check out early as tired and did not want to hear alarm and go through it all again. Went home early. No room service for breakfast either after a very restless uncomfortable night due to fire alarm did not wanting to eat in lobby there was no options to eat in room or support to help with this.

Parking was 30 dollars for the night even after paring over 200 dollars for the evening stay

The rooms were comfy, clean and modern

Lots of corners had been cut since the Hyatt. Not your usual hotel amenities, bar was shut, no mini bar. Breakfast disappointing
