Freezer hadn't been defrosted for ages, difficult to fit our coolie bricks in it, then they became frozen in the ice within the freezer overnight, we had to knock quite a bit of ice out of the freezer in the morning to be able to remove our coolie bricks, not happy campers! Also, mould in shower recess, and not even a toilet roll holder provided, just a roll of toilet paper sitting on top of the toilet cistern!
