Villas Don Rafael

Beautiful villa in a great location. 10 mins walk down to Old Town and 15 to the Strip. Lidl supermarket 5 mins away. On street free parking right outside. Gorgeous pool with sun loungers and beautiful sea views.

Only draw back but not a major issue is a main road at back of villa. Gate into villa can be locked so very secure.

The Villa was ideal size for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenagers). Rooms very spacious, pool area very private and pool was cleaned daily. Plenty of hot water available for showers and very comfortable villa. Ample towels provided and the Kitchen is well equipped, airfryer a nice touch for a quick snack. (Few wine glasses would have been handy) Staff were so helpful and the lady that services the Villa was just lovely. They even facilitated a late checkout until 4.00 on our last day which extended the holiday perfectly and no rushing as reception is only open till 1.30 so would have had to carry our luggage around with us otherwise. Location perfect in middle of old and new town and short comfortable walk to supermarkets Lidl, Spar and local shops. All downhill or flat terrain to get to restaurants and shops approx 15mins at most, availed of taxis home which cost only €3 from all parts of town for us all. 20 mins to the airport €17.95 in a taxi for everyone and the luggage, great value. The views from the Villa are amazing, we will be back!

Pool is not heated but mine didn't mind.

Quiet location of villa but close to town. Very clean and had everything you needed for stay. Lovely private pool that was cleaned regularly. Very spacious and good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage space.

Bottle of wine and water on arrival. Lovely Spacious. Lovely terrace out front to have breakfast and look at the sea. Pool round back sun loungers table and chairs .very private out back. Clean and tidy. Lidl and other supermarkets 5 min walk. There was a washing machine and pods were great we were able to do our washing so we didn't have to do it when we got home. go to the spar round corner from the super Dino supermarket we found alcohol to be cheaper there

Beds abit hard .Freezing at night we only had thin blankets on the bed and One pillow each which were flat as a pancake . We had to ask at reception for more blankets and pillows I think there should be an unlimited supply in the wardrobe or laundry room so you can add these onto the bed yourself .our 1st few nights we froze till reception was open .It is situated on a busy road where there is some noise from cars and people walking by dont let this put you off you forget about it after a while Top of a steep hill so be prepared to be out of breath. Taxis are available on the strip . . The villa next door has a high balcony and people standing on it can look in so the front terrace was not so private felt a bit uncomfortable . The tv unit and coffee table have to go .they take up way too much space. I was petrified of breaking glass on the coffee table and in my opinion not safe. But would i stay here again? Definitely My family and i enjoyed staying here .
