Villas Don Rafael

Pool area and view was excellent. Staff very nice.

There was a bit of a hill up to the villa.

- good size pool and outdoor space - very clean - friendly staff -plenty of space - a washing machine - lovely view

- The television didn’t have any English channels - a smart tv would have been ideal. - The pillows were a little flat and uncomfortable

Very clean and comfortable. Close to the main area, shopping centre and beach. We used the bbq a lot and there is a big lidl 8 min walk away for provisions. Pool area was amazing, very clean. Jana (reception) was very helpful and communicated well. Yes the apartments are a little dated, but everything is functional and well equipped and I personally don't spend lots of time indoors when I'm on holiday. The outside space was brilliant and so spacious.

We had a really late flight and there was no where to leave luggage. We managed to pay and keep the villa until 3pm, but that wasn't late enough. We could have paid for an additional night, but for another 3 hours, that was excessive. The venue needs a work around for this. I can't imagine we are in isolation to this scenario and if you're in the same situation, just be mindful of the potential impact. Also, after 1 shower, the shower went cold regardless of whether we used it 15 mins after (as per instructions) Not a major problem as we spread out the timings when we knew, but annoying if there were a lot of people wanting a shower all at once.

Absolutely everything. The villas don Rafeal are perfect. I'm just leaving now after a week at No 1 Villa, and I communicated with Jana via email through booking.com. My daughter had cancer 3 years ago, and anything I asked Jana helped me with. The staff was so helpful and said to ask if we needed anything...2 sets off keys were perfect. Highly recommend these villas to stay in....we will be back next year 😎🙏😍

Returning Visitor to Villas don Rafael for the 5th year in a row. EXCEPTIONAL views, good location, great facilities. The addition of the Air-Fryer was very welcomed and was used daily.

Small issue with ants in the kitchen area but was easily corrected with ant spray and bait boxes purchased in the mercadona. This is not a reflection on the standard of cleaning as ants can enter any home.

We had a fantastic stay at Villas Don Rafael. The accommodation was spotless, with three bedrooms (one ensuite) and everything we needed. The private pool was lovely and kept clean, cleaner was very friendly and replaced towels, changed the beds, and kept the apartment tidy throughout our stay. It’s in a nice quiet area but only a 10-minute walk to the strip. Jana at reception was amazing – so friendly and helpful, she made everything easy. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we would definitely stay here again!

Aircon would be good, but the accommodation was cool inside, and the fans were fine.
