Красивая территория

Персонал грубый и бестактный. Заселился в 12 ночи, разделся и звонок на телефон в номере: у вас же оплата на месте - вам надо спуститься на ресепшн оплатить. Пришлось одеваться и срочно к ним идти! Зубной щетки не было в номере - пришлось просить! В день выезда ровно в 12 звонок - "выселение в 12" сказали на той стороне провода. И это отель 5 звёзд? Завтрак заканчивается в 10 30. О чем меня не предупредили на ресепшене - я остался голодным так как пришел позже. Обычно завтраки в таких отелях до 11-11 30. Сам отель очень старый. Пахнет стариной все. Все старое усталое. В общем я бы дал этому отелю 2-3 звёзды максимум! Не рекомендую никому. Не соответствует стоимости

Absolutely fantastic luxury with great amenities! Sleep in total comfort!

We were in the shoulder season and so many of the options were not available so limited opportunities to try what the resort has to offer!
