Отель полностью соответствует описанию на Booking.com и положительным отзывам, и даже превзошёл мои ожидания. Территория большая, чистая, ухоженная, с зонами отдыха, с собственным пляжем, удобными и свободными!) лежаками и на пляже и у бассейнов. Особенно хочется отметить высокий уровень менеджмента и слаженную работу всех подразделений на всех участках. Один раз обратился на ресепшен с личной просьбой — не успел объяснить до конца, как менеджер уже предложила чёткое и эффективное решение, всё было выполнено быстро и с отличным результатом. Отдыхали с сыном 10 лет — ребёнок остался в полном восторге. Каждый день был насыщенным: море, бассейны, анимация, детские активности. Несколько дней мы даже не покидали территорию отеля до вечера — настолько было комфортно и интересно. Рядом с отелем — аккуратный парк и отличная футбольная площадка, где сын пару раз с удовольствием играл в составе местной дворовой команды.

Питание хорошее, просто хорошее питание))), без кулинарных сюрпризов или «вау-эффекта»

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and always appreciated the large territory and the variety of playgrounds for kids of different ages. We always chose a garden view room instead of pool view to avoid noise — it used to be peaceful. But this year everything has changed. Noise: There are constant events -weddings, corporate parties-every other night. The bass is so loud that even two floors down my ears hurt. Sleeping is impossible. Reception doesn’t react to complaints. Reasonable requests to ask the sound engineer to at least lower the bass are completely ignored. Instead, they say “the event was booked in advance” and that “you were called today to warn you it will be noisy until midnight.” So what are we supposed to do until that time? Sit through a nightclub-level sound system in our rooms? Or vanish from the hotel until it’s over? According to Georgian law, noise is not allowed after 11 PM, but noone cares. We came here to relax, not to sleep under a disco floor. Children’s facilities: The playgrounds we loved are gone. There are now just a few tiny slides for toddlers and a couple of swings. At the same time, more cafés were added, clearly to push guests to spend more on food rather than offer real activities for families. Beach conditions: The beach is dirty, trash is almost not cleaned at all. The beach staff only responds to requests to put umbrella after repeating it three times. Even worse, jet ski sellers and boat operators are constantly roaming dangerously close to the shore- it’s honestly unsafe to swim, as they don’t even look where they’re going. In general, the staff behavior is unprofessional, and while there are many workers, the service quality is very poor. Only positive note: The spa massage is excellent, so highly recommended.

The hotel has very nice territory, great beach access, reception staff is very friendly. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but i believe its currently the best in kobuletti. Rooms are spacious. Food was tasty as well.

The hotel needs touches up, it’s outdated. But its ok to stay, everything is clean and functional, just not luxury. The restaurant by the pool- the staff was quite slow to react.

Have stayed at the hotel many times. The hotel has improved its facilities and bars and restaurants areas so much . It’s outstanding!

Need better loungers on the designated beach. Poor quality makes it an uncomfortable sit .
